Lee Shoquist is a strategic marketing leader with over two decades of experience helping consulting and professional services firms translate expertise into compelling market narratives, strengthen brand positioning and drive measurable growth. His experience spans firms in executive search, leadership, talent, strategy, recruiting and management consulting, across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, industrial and manufacturing, not-for-profit and technology.


Before leading marketing for B2B-VIP Executive Alliance, Lee led the function for a range of global consulting and professional services organizations, aligning brand, communications and go-to-market strategy with business development and firm growth. Lee is known for turning complex expertise into clear market positioning, building thought leadership platforms, aligning marketing and business development and implementing programs that increase visibility, engagement and revenue impact.


Most recently, Lee served as Head of Marketing for a global executive search and professional services firm serving the commercial real estate and private equity sectors. He led global marketing strategy across North America and Europe, directing brand transformation initiatives, executive communications, digital marketing, and integrated demand-generation programs.


Earlier in his career, Lee held marketing leadership roles at firms including Axiom Consulting Partners, Campbell & Company, Spencer Stuart, Capital H Group and Sibson Consulting.
