Tim Giehll  is a Managing Director overseeing our Private Equity practice.  Tim has spent the last 25 years as a CEO, CFO, COO and CMO, working in high-growth B2B Technology firms. Tim's early career experience in Controller and CFO roles driving significant growth of Supercomputing firms, such as IBM, CRAY and Control Data, provided a solid foundation for his data and KPI driven, accountable leadership style.  

In his work with private equity and VC backed scaling companies, Tim has worked with five different PE/VC firms as a portfolio company CXO senior executive and completed eight M&A transactions.  In recent years, Tim has focused his career on interim and fractional CXO engagements, and as an executive coach / growth consultant, board member and/or trusted advisor.
